  • Disassembly and assembly of smart phones
  • Performing a complete functional and full cosmetic check of pre-owned smart phones
  • Re-labeling units when necessary
  • Wipe each unit of all data
  • Reprinting and application of ESN labels on equipment as needed
  • Inspection of products to verify conformance to company specifications
  • Enter data into a computer tracking system

 

Requirements

  • Must have the ability to pay attention to detail and to carefully follow written instructions
  • Must have good manual dexterity
  • Prefer experience working with small electronics repair, but not required
  • Be able to follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations without complaint.

The Training and Development Associate plans, organizes and delivers a wide-range of training programs for new hires and existing employees. While recruiters come from many different industries, we prefer someone who has recruited within the manufacturing industry.

Duties:

​Create online job postings

Review resumes and applications

Screen/Interview candidates over the phone and in person

Present candidates to clients

Facilitate interviewing and hiring process with clients

Document work progress in company database

Communicate regularly with clients

Different types of Engineers in manufacturing (electrical, industrial, mechanical, etc.)

Finance and Accounting

Admin/Clerical

Production

Management

Skilled Trades

Production/general laborers

 

Requirements:

Prior recruiting experience in at least 3 of the above listed position types.

Bilingual in Spanish and English

Proactive approach to everything

Ability to understand technical descriptions of jobs

Excellent researching skills

Excellent customer service skills
